Scott and I were in Texas last weekend. We ate breakfast one morning in San Antonio at a really pretty place on the riverwalk, Cool Cafe that has a great atrium.
We had lunch with friends in Austin at The Oasis restaurant, which overlooks the beautiful Lake Travis.
I finally got to see the famous bats fly out of the Congress Ave. bridge in downtown Austin. It was absolutely amazing! The largest urban colony of bats in the US lives there, about 1.5 million! Unfortunately I only got one shot of the first bat flying out and then my battery died. Can you find that bat in the picture below?
